Dear Valued Partners & Friends,
Further to the spread of COVID 19 worldwide and ensuing closure of our borders for arrivals from Reunion Island and Europe including UK and Scandinavia as well as restricted countries like Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, South Korea, China and any other countries where air-flights have been banned, we would appreciate if you can take notice with immediate effect, the amendment with regards to our existing cancellation policy valid for both Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa and Sands Suites Resort & Spa.
Cancellation/Amendment Policies
- For any new or existing reservation travelling until June 2020, no cancellation charges will apply. Cancellation shall be received by email within the next 7 working days of this communiqué;
- Free rebooking will apply for any travelling dates in the future valid until 20th December 2020 at the current rate, (same rate booked);
Our current guests staying in both Resorts shall not be claimed the unused nights if they decide to leave early; - Consequently, all pre-payment received shall not be refunded and shall be kept for a future stay which falls within the travelling dates of 20th December 2020;
- For all bookings which fall in the travelling period as from 01st July 2020 onwards which are not cancelled within the contractual cancellation policy, a 100% cancellation fees shall be applied.
- We hope that the above flexibilities will suit you and our mutual customers, and we rely on your valued collaboration to encourage postponements.
